1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
InsideJapan Tours took away the stress of planning accommodations, travel and excursions for my trip to Japan.

My consultant was sympathetic to my situation, suggested alternatives and solicited additional information while constructing an itinerary for my needs. She was also very flexible with the changes to date, people traveling and interest when developing my tour.

5. Please give us your comments on the transport included in your package.
Transportation to and from the airport was fine. Having all the tickets for the train prepaid was helpful and made it less scary to navigate public transportation. Including the IC card, again just one less thing to worry about and I was more that glad to donation the remaining funds on the card. LOVE THAT!!!

6. Please comment on any professional guiding included in your package?
Both guides were wonderful. They were full of information and willing to answer questions with even more depth than expected. My half day guide, helped us orientate ourselves, explained a few norms, helped with our first navigations of the transit system. Our guide for Osaka eating took us to her favorite spots that were a bit out hard to find, if you didn't know about them. She was a wealth of knowledge, and it was fun that she was from the United States.

I feel a service like this is good for a first trip, when you know nothing and want to see everything. In the future, if I am to return to Japan, I would have a better idea of where I would want to go, stay and see. Being that I was able to navigate the previous trip, I might be feel more capable of planning on my now, especially since I would probably only go to less places but stay longer at each place.
