1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
It was great to have all bus and train tickets pre-purchased for our first trip to Japan and made navigating transport quite easy rather than juggling all the options ourselves.

We enjoyed all the travel options - train and bus - as we got to see lots of the countryside, especially the Alps area.

Our guides were knowledgeable and a pleasure to spend time with. They were able to help us understand Japan and how to get around, as well as providing great historical background and local knowledge.
