1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
Well organized. Timely. Made a complicated trip seem simple, especially the ticket buying and reservations. I am an experienced traveler and Japan is probably the most complicated in terms of ticket procurement (mostly due to language).
