1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
I found the support from Juliana Schnell and from your Japan team to be very helpful. I thoroughly enjoyed the Hidden Japan tour. I like very much that you had a US contact for coordination and information that could include phone calls as needed.

I found Savannah to be a knowledgeable, organized and helpful guide, with the patience, unflappability and positive attitude that kept us going. She has an abundance of energy and good will that served us very well, Her recommendations for our time on our own and her knowledge of the locations proved very supportive and helpful. She was a pleasure to work with!

5. How would you rate the accommodation against your expectations?
I was pleasantly surprised by the restrooms - the bidets were wonderful. There was some variation in the quality of the breakfast options at the hotels but nothing was really a problem. I especially enjoyed the ryokan and the options to use the onsens.

6. Please give us your comments on the transport included in your package.
I enjoyed the variety of the transportation options, the chance to ride the Shinkansen, and being on public transportation. I really appreciated the taxi rides to and from the airport.

7. Please tell us your thoughts on the meals included during your tour.
I enjoyed them all and appreciated being exposed to so many specialties. I began with little knowledge of Japanese cuisine so appreciated the variety and regional specialties shared with us, and recommendations on restaurants.
