1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
We had a very good time. our guide Anais was lovely and very energetic and kept us all going the right way. Travelling by trains was the best sort of transport to get around with a mixture of modern and old Japan. culture. The hotels were good and the Japanese Inns with the Onsens were a lovely experience. The group of 12 was the perfect number of people and all in all we had a very good time.

She was very competent and never lost anybody. My wife did not eat meat and Anais was very helpful and great fun.

It was a good mix of traditional and western hotels and we enjoyed the Japanese Inns with the Yakatas

We enjoyed the trains there were times when there was a long walk from the trains to the hotels

Some were good and some were not really to our taste but needed to be experienced. The best meal was in a restaurant in Takayama

Small groups, well organized and put together. Travelling by train rather than coach and the highlight was the Japanese Als which were stunning.
