1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
The booking process was easy and clear. Once booked we could access the client portal to check on payment dates etc which was useful.

Mitch was excellent in every way. He was knowledgeable, patient and his instructions and advice were first class. He made our stay in Japan truly memorable and fun. All the bookings and travel arrangements were tip top.

Extremely good, clean, on time, well organised, it made travelling a very pleasant experience. The bullet train trips were fantastic.

The first meal was a disappointing introduction to Japanese food but the rest of the meals were good.
