1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
It was my first time traveling solo and in Japan. It was a bit expensive, but then, I don’t plan trips for myself that often, so I have no point of reference or comparison. That said, however, the fact that all the stress was off of me with regards to hotels, transit, and such was worth the price to me. Mitch was a great tour leader, very proactive. Lots of great plans and tours, adapted quick and well when changes happened. Very satisfied.

Mitch was great (see above). It was great having a native Japanese speaker for scenarios when that was needed. He made great plans, gave great suggestions, and was very adaptable.

I didn’t have many questions, but every one I did have was answered promptly and comprehensively.

5. How would you rate the accommodation against your expectations?
First bed was a little hard, room was tiny, and area was a little noisy (it was Tokyo, but Ikebukuro might just be that way). Everything else was great.

Great! Taxi, trains of all sorts. Mitch guided us to all the right ones. Would have gotten lost or been way later without him.

7. Please tell us your thoughts on the meals included during your tour.
I was disappointed with the two final izakayas in terms of amount of food and quality of service, but everything else was great.
