from day, one my travel consultant , joseph was super responsive, unbelievably helpful and answered all my questions, timely and expertly. when I arrived in Japan there was someone immediately waiting to help me with the process of getting my car service and getting to the hotel… it was seamless

my small group got smaller still afternoon. Unfortunate medical emergency. That left me and Mitch. I one on one, a very unique situation and it turned out to be above and beyond spectacular.
