1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
Overall Inside Japan offered a well put together program. Everyone we interacted with was knowledgeable and helpful. The level of detail put in to each aspect was noticable, from the materials prior to departure to suggestions from our guide.

Jeff was amazing and very helpful! He was very personable and brought each place we went to life. He helped curate a list of activities when we wanted to branch out and found things that matched our interests. He made our trip stand out from any other tour.

Very good. Perhaps raise the default balance on the IC card. We reloaded it many times (especially since we needed to buy drinks due to the heat)

I would consider using Inside Japan if we went to a different part of Japan but if we revisited the same destinations, we would do it on our own since we're more comfortable now.
