Never having been on a tour before I found right from the start being able to be in contact via telephone to a specific tour consultant very reassuring.

Cannot speak highly enough of Michael. He clearly is personally deeply connected to the culture and people of Japan. He conveyed all information clearly and was always conscious of each member of the group. Never off duty even when being delightful company socially.

I was pleased to be using public transport, especially the bullet trains. Michael made it super easy for us buying tickets or cards and clearly leading us

A real showcase of culinary delights in the japanese hotels, and simple options for lunch. A good idea getting us into shops and supermarkets to buy our own picnics.
