1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
My experience in Japan was amazing! Got to see so many sights and experiences, was worth doing the tour again because I had such a fun time.

Camille as super knowledgable and friendly. She was able to help recommend a bunch of new experiences that I would never have considered, and she was able to help me figure out how to reach a couple of events that I was interested in but not a part of the tour.

I had to change my travel consultant due to bad experiences, but Jess (who took over) has been so helpful with arranging my tour and experience.

The food I had in Japan was delicious! Already missing it now I’m back in the uk. I was a little disappointed by the breakfast in kurashiki, it felt like there wasn’t a lot of options to eat.
