1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
We had a wonderful experience of the Hidden Japan tour I just completed. The itinerary was well organized and allowed us to experience a variety of destinations, from bustling cities to historic temples and scenic countryside. The service received from our tour guide was superb.

One of the biggest highlights of our tour was our tour guide. Hanan was knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to answer questions. Her insights into Japanese culture, history, cuisine, and local customs added tremendous value to the trip. Her ability to juggle the multiple challenges we had on this fast paced trip was truly admirable. She was highly energetic and efficient which enabled us to cover a lot of ground in such a short period of time!

Our travel consultant was extremely helpful and friendly. She was knowledgable of the various Inside Japan tours available for our shedule and helped us identify the tour that would meet our expectations.

Some of the hotel rooms are too small and dated.

Although the transportation included was generally efficient, I would prefer fewer taxi rides.

The included food is overall good. However many of us feel there was too much of the same food included in the Kotohira hotel.
