1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
Great value for the cost of the trip. Excellent tour guide. I thought the U.S. office could be better at helping to schedule pre or post-trip extensions. Our agent seemed inexperienced in arranging it and I got the impression that it wasn't something that Inside Japan did as a routine service.

I have travelled throughout the 6 continents with many different tour groups. Hanan exceeded all other tour leaders I've had in my travels. She was knowledgeable, professional, outgoing, committed to the safety and comfort of the group, organized, just delightful in her demeanor.

See above about pre and post extension. She also booked my friend and I into one account even though we were departed travelers. It was an inconvenience.
