1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
Savannah our tour leader was exceptional. She certainly made the tour enjoyable with her sunny disposition. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she handled the group superbly.

I thought most of the accommodation was acceptable with the exception of Osaka

Transport was interesting and varied and added to the enjoyment of the experience

We thought the food was exceptional in Hakone and definitely the best on the tour. Other than that we found the food to be average
