1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
2nd trip with IJ. As previously, great support in planning the trip and all went well, I loved every day! Felt v secure and confident in the arrangements, important especially as a solo traveller. Archie was very patient in sorting out the right flights for me and explaining the best routing for this trip and my Hong Kong few days afterwards.

The leader got the balance perfect for me - relaxed and confident, absolutely superb on the history and cultural knowledge, friendly without being intrusive or forced, dealt very effectively when adjustments were needed, great communication. Big thanks, Nick!

5. How would you rate the accommodation against your expectations?
Advance info very clear on the type and standard of each accomodation, which is very helpful. Was useful to know the laundry facilities in each place!

6. Please give us your comments on the transport included in your package.
All was efficiently organised and managed, comfortable and appropriate to the destination/activity each day. I enjoyed the variety eg the water crossings, different trains. Appreciated taxis when we had luggage or longer distances.

7. Please tell us your thoughts on the meals included during your tour.
Loved every meal. Nick did a great job of explaining the what and hows for the many traditional multi item meals, whether in a local lunch stop or at more elaborate banquet dinners. Loved the more casual meals too - Okonomiyaki was a highlight! Was very useful that Nick organised/ suggested ideas for non- included meals.

2nd tour with IJ travelling solo, and tbh I cannot see anything that another company could offer that would persuade me to not use IJ again!
