Excellent service from Inside Japan who liaised with our travel agent at Benchmark Travel to find out exactly what kind of experience we wanted from our holiday in Japan

2. Tour Leader name and satisfaction rating
Yusuke (Mitch) was an excellent tour guide. He worked so hard on every detail of the trip, including extra tours and changing things if necessary because of the weather. He took us to places we wouldn't have found without him and when we ate in restaurants as a group he sorted out each individual payment. He was so organised - keeping the group together was not an easy task but he was constantly on alert looking out for us all. His kindness and patience was much appreciated.

Our travel consultant at Benchmark kept us informed throughout the booking and was there to help if needed while we were in Japan

Hotels we're small but clean and the breakfast was always excellent with a huge choice

6. Please give us your comments on the transport included in your package.
Travelled by bullet train, bus, cable car and a pirate ship - all excellent and the IC card a good way to get round the transport. Trains always on time and train staff very smart and helpful

Breakfast included at each hotel and always a good variety. The evening meals out not always to my taste!

Japan and the cherry blossom season was on my 'bucket list' - so many other places to see and although i loved the whole experience it's unlikely I will go to Japan again.
