1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
Extremely well organised, from initial booking & electronic & hard copy information advice & booklets, to the actual tour. My experience in Japan far exceeded my expectations, primarily due to the diverse itinerary & absolutely excellent guide, Hanan.

How many superlatives shall I use to sum up Hanan?! Enthusiastic, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful. Every day we were provided with 1001 snippets of cultural & interesting information at every venue. Even on our travels to & from venues/accommodation she continued to provide a commentary about what was all around us. She sorted a doctor's appointment on the same day I required it, arranged the taxis & accompanied me to the surgery & pharmacy as my interpreter An absolute gem & fantastic ambassador for Inside Japan.

Archie was superb. Prompt replies to my numerous emails, reassuring advice regarding my many concerns, & easily contactable by phone. Other staff at your Bristol office were also very helpful.

Very satisfied. Bullet train (great experience), trains, taxis, trams. All very well organised & made smooth with assistance of tour guide.

The included meals were excellent. Provided opportunities to enjoy authentic Japanese cuisine, interactive & great to experience dishes cooked in front of us by chefs with many years of experience.

If I were to return to Japan, my first point of contact would be Inside Japan. I contacted other companies prior to booking & was not as reassured as I was with Inside Japan.
