Both before and during the trip I was very happy with the service.

Hanan was amazing! She was organised, pro-active and positive. She got to know each individual in the group really well and was very accomodating of different people's interests and needs.

Pre booking I had a really helpful chat with Ali, who was able to answer all my questions. It was great to feel I had a personal contact who I could reach out to at any time, and when I did she was always very responsive.

I had researched this holiday so was very clear about type of accomodation

All worked well and it was good using a variety of transport. One of our boats was cancelled, but we were able to get the next one.

For me this was an expensive trip, a real treat for a big birthday, and I was travelling on my own. If I go to Japan again it is likely to be with my family. I would certainly look at Inside Japan, maybe on a self guided tour, but I'd be looking at cost and locations.
