1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
We traveled with inside Japan 13 years ago with our teenage children, so this trip was a different experience for us. Since our first trip, Inside Japan Tours has evolved beautifully. The hotels seem better, the transportation is easier, and we continue to love the small group size.

Hannah always went over and beyond what her duties were. She is extremely organized, knowledgeable, and kind. She is so tuned into each person’s needs, interests, and desires and graciously helped everyone stay comfortable, connected, and engaged.

Wow! Transportation was well planned, easy, and convenient. We really were pleased to be able to have private taxi service from the airport to our destination.

We loved all the meals. I would be willing to pay more for the tour for all meals being covered. It was so nice to have Hannah, our tour leader, offer to arrange dinners that were not included so we could eat together.
