1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
The holiday with InsideJapan Tours was excellent. One thing I noticed was how different it looked to all the other tour groups that were around the various places in Japan. Lots of large groups that were being led with a person at the front with a flag. Our tour felt more personal and better organised. The accommodation was excellent, food was superb and everything from arriving at the airport to leaving on the bus to the airport was really well organised.

Mike Britton was a fantastic leader. He was extremely well organised and provided a superb balance of leadership and guidance whilst also allowing members of the group to experience things on their own. However, he still provided great support, for example, Mike provided details details on train journeys needed for me to get to a specific place that I wanted to see.

Pre-holiday, there was excellent communication and detailed information provided before the holiday. I didn't use any further assistance from the travel consultant but I was aware that it was available.

5. How would you rate the accommodation against your expectations?
The hotels were fantastic. One Japanese Inn at Nagano had one shower for the entire accommodate which wasn't great. I was lucky enough to use it but lots of other people didn't. Not a massive issue but just something to note. Maybe a proper Hotel in Nagano may be more suitable.

6. Please give us your comments on the transport included in your package.
Transport was excellent and Mike Britton's organisation around it made it extremely easy. Mike made it 100 clear of meeting points, meeting times and train platforms that we were going to (should anyone be late).

7. Please tell us your thoughts on the meals included during your tour.
Meals were excellent and Mike also showed us to other places with recommendations which were also excellent.
