1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
The travel consultant Josey, (and her colleagues when she was away) were very helpful and easy to contact. It was a pleasure working with them to book my tours.

Paul Ewen was a lovely leader. He had a very positive attitude to his adopted country and loved sharing stories with us of his explorations of Japan. He also treated us all to a sample of the many tasty Japanese snacks available at the train stations. He was good at helping us all with our individual queries and onward travel

My travel consultant Josey was very helpful - I could not have asked for a better person to help- me in my planning. I had a personal add on to my tour to explore and investigate some family history. Josey was able to put me in touch with Kenzo Sato. He was amazing - so friendly, helpful, polite and he had gone above and beyond in his research for me. We will stay in touch as both of us were touched by some of the discoveries he managed to uncover in my search for more details about my father’s time in Japan.

So many trains! It was good to feel we were using the common form of transport.

I loved the opportunity to try out the wide variety of foods available. Too bad ther is a limit to how much one person can consume!! Ha ha
