1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
Our Inside Japan trip exceeded our expectations! The schedule, the itinerary, and our guide were all fantastic! We felt like we were able to really get a feel for Japan with the chosen outings and small group size.

Finn was a wonderful tour leader. He handled any situation that came up with grace and empathy. He was a great resource of knowledge and just an all-around great person. His love for and knowledge of Japan were apparent and make him a great tour guide!

We loved the fact that we could contact Fiona with any question or concerns and she would know or find the answers for us. By the time we were heading to Japan for our tour, we were nothing but excited!

5. How would you rate the accommodation against your expectations?
I typically have very realistic expectations in life. The hotels were fine. The Mitsui Gardens (I think it was in Kyoto) was gorgeous! Our favorite. The ryokan was probably the least favorite - maybe because I was really excited about that one and my expectations were higher. The room was fine, but we were right above the outdoor springs and the smell can be overwhelming. Made for a poor night of sleep.

6. Please give us your comments on the transport included in your package.
Excellent! From the transport from the airport, to the trains and taxis- it was seamless. The efficiency and cleanliness were amazing!

7. Please tell us your thoughts on the meals included during your tour.
The meals were authentic. Everyone seemed to be able to find something they could enjoy since lots of options were offered at the dinners.
