What our customers have to say...
The most important thing we can do to improve our service is listen to what our customers have to say, which is why you can now read their comments unedited on our website.
Upon returning from Japan all our clients are sent a review form and this is where you can see what they are saying about their experience of Japan and of our service.
Search the reviews, check the image gallery and see for yourself how our clients rate the InsideJapan experience.

1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
We had a positive experience when tickets to the museum were able to be sent digitally in time for entrance
-
2. Consultant name and satisfaction rating:
it would be good if he read the emails before calling. I had to check for errors in planning (and found some). The trip was only part of Sublime SHikoku, but the consultant didn't have first hand knowledge of the tour, though he was able to find out answers to questions, but this meant that the first couple of days were very rushed, with effectively 3 days of tour squashed into 2. If we'd known we could have just added an extra day and saved the stress.

5. Please give us your comments on the transport included in your package.
The Prius was ok but too big for the mountain roads. A Yaris would bave been ok for us, as we had little luggage

9. Would you travel again with InsideJapan Tours?
Maybe
We've booked some amazing things with Inside Japan via our (now retired) travel agent, and there were always really useful tips and ideas for how to maximise the time to get the best experience, with recommendations for events and activities that we didn't know existed. This was more of a 'set and forget' plan, with the least possible effort following our Shimanami Kaido bike and hike. so..... not sure. Maybe it depends on who you deal with
