1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
We contacted Joseph with a general outline of our trip. He was able to accomodate our requested itinerary.

We did not initiate contact until January for a March trip. Joseph was able to accomodate our requests and help plan the trip we envisioned.

5. Please give us your comments on the transport included in your package.
We used the trains for most of our in country travel. After a couple of days of figuring it out we were very comfortable navigating the stations and figuring out our routes.

6. Please comment on any professional guiding included in your package?
In Kyoto the city was packed like a can of sardines. Our guide did the best he could while navigating the crowds and sites. We enjoyed spending time with both of our guides and were able to extend our conversations to current events to enhance our understanding of their impacts on Japan and its people.
