1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
The holiday exceeded our expectations . IJT from the booking to organisation of the schedule was exemplary ( we have done lots of travel and I’ve only said this once before when we went to South Africa). Japan was awesome and the various trips you organised as well as the quality of accommodation and guides were excellent . The organisation of all our transfer tickets and drivers were flawless and although Day One we were “ OMG this will be difficult” became a breeze as everything slotted into place.

Pre trip Aaron kept in touch and gave us a lot of info albeit we didn’t read it all until we were travelling on our flight.

Excellent. Drivers on time and courteous. Shinskansen journeys were brilliant and relaxing

Both were excellent and lovely people. Walked us back to hotel at end of day. We did tip both of them . They even brought snacks ( sweets) for us.
