1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
Good itinerary, good hotels, generally well-located - good balance of guiding and self-guiding - all guides excellent. Some transfer timings a bit eccentric, which we were able to change.

All transfers worked well and we were able to change timings of trains we didn't like. To be fair, I didn't check timings when booking, but would like to have had options offered. Will provide detailed feedback in email
