1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
We thought the tour was extremely well organised and the information provided in the info-pack was plentiful and relevant. All the timings and transport tickets lined up perfectly and the QR tour guides were very useful.

Emily was very friendly and inquisitive as to where we wanted to go and what we wanted to get out of the tour. She put together a tour which suited our requirements and budget and was very knowledgable about all the areas we were visiting.

Excellent, the bullet trains inparticular were very impressive. The taxis we used were very good quality and punctual.

6. Please comment on any professional guiding included in your package?
We had three tours The tour guide in Tokyo was very knowlegable, spoke good English and was happy to answer our questions about anything to do with Japan and it's culture The second guide was for the Geisha distric of Kyoto. She was great fun, very entertaining and the best guide we had. Our third guide was for Kyoto and although she was very knowledgable we felt her English was not quite as good and sometimes our questions were not fully understood.
