1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
The advice and booking process were straightforward. Mark was very knowledgeable and showed a degree of flexibility with respect to choice of destination and hotels that I wasn't really expecting. It felt very bespoke and we had a great trip.

The trains were all on time, as you'd expect, and the ground agents were where they were supposed to be at the appointed time. Perfect.

All three were very good. The guides in Kyoto and Kanazawa were exceptional.

The efficiency of the whole operation. Not an inexpensive holiday though more reasonably priced than with your competitors on previous trips.
