1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
the service was fantastic - The level of detail provided in the information booklet really helped me to make the most of the trip. I really appreciated arriving at the fitst hotel to fine everything waiting for me - all train tickets and my wifi device. This meant I could spend no time worrying about things like transport and focus on enjoying the trip. The travel consultant was also helpful and keen to ensure the trip would meet my expectations.

Excellent. I loved getting the train and all worked very smoothly.

I had a half day private guiding in Kyoto which was very good - with Merry Japan. the highlight though was the guided geisha walk - the guide was amazing.
