1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
Our consultant was great in getting to know our interests in order to help pick out locations and accommodations that we would enjoy! The only confusion we had was regarding our accommodation in Kakunodote and how to find it. The area was a bit under construction and it would have been useful to have a number to call or how to find staff that could check us into the accommodation. We had to flag down a staff member coming out of a neighboring accommodation to help us in ours.

Really listened to us and answered any questions we had. Really appreciate him altering the itinerary when we wanted any modifications! 11/10 for the accommodation in Kakunodate, it was so unique and our favorite experience!
