1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
Our experience in Japan was phenomenal - the Inside Japan folk in Japan were just so incredibly responsive and flexible and pro active. Frankly I wish that the team in the US was the same but it was not. They were much less available and much less repsonsive.

2. Consultant name and satisfaction rating:
I didn't find Fiona to actually be very knowledgeable about things in Japan 0 just a conduit to folk in Japan who she had to go to for answers. Which made the process very slow. She was not very flexible on times and didn't find someone to cover for her when she was not available so frankly before we left I was struggling a little with our choice. Once we got to Japan it was a whole different experience. Absolutely amazing.

4. How would you rate the accommodation against your expectations?
All the hotels were amazing...the one in Kanazawa was probably our least favorite mainly because of the size of the room.

Drivers were always great and on time - just great!

6. Please comment on any professional guiding included in your package?
So all of our guides were great EXCEPT Tony. He was a last minute replacement for our Shirakawago tour - and he was just not very informative...basically I could have taken a taxi there and walked around by myself just as easily. It was very disappointing. Our two favorite guides were Natsuko in Kanazawa (which made the contrast the next day with Tony very stark!) and Chuck in Kyoto. Chuck espcially went really above and beyond and made our trip in Kyoto so extra special. He was amazing.

The tour was just wonderful - the right mix of alone time and tours - we loved the service...just everything about our trip was very good.
