1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
Easily prepared handbooks detailing the itinerary and any subsequent changes thereafter plus an easy and seemless trip all judged well in terms of pace and mood.

Kester talked through with detail about what we wanted and was able to cater our trip based upon our flight times and what we wished to enjoy while we were in Japan. Having lived in Japan, we were reassured throughout that we were in good hands.

It was nice to have a taxi take us to and from the airport which help take any worry away from the travel and the IC cards included with credit on them really helped getting used to the subway straight away. Having certain train tickets arranged to helped.

6. Please comment on any professional guiding included in your package?
Both our guides were great in terms of helping to navigate us around both kyoto and tokyo and making sure we saw all the things we had yet to see and avoided anything we already had.
