1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
We had the Best Travel Experience of our lives with InsiderJapan Tours. We cannot thank Isobel enough for the care, consideration and truly life affirming adventure that she created for us - everything from the getting there and staying in a variety of interesting accommodation, our guided tours (in Kyoto, Tokyo and Hida Furukawa) and more specific experiences that we enjoyed to the cities and towns we traversed from South to North as first timers to Japan was just sensational.Each city and town were so different so we were lucky to experience all the differing landscapes, places and people. We are very grateful to Isobel for our most memorable trip and we are still dreaming of what we have experienced and we will be heading back to Japan as there are so many other places that we did not visit on this occasion.

We feel very lucky to have Isobel as our travel consultant and we trusted her from the outset. She has lived experience and a genuine love for Japan which comes through strongly. Most importantly, she LISTENED to what we were hoping for (something very special given we had a whole month for the first time in our lives and we wanted to make every moment count as we were so excited at the propsect of finally travelling to Japan which was a dream come true for us. Isobel helped to realise those dreams.

Some of the accommodation we stayed in was so impressive, in particular e.g. in Kyoto, Kagoshima, Fukuoka, Hida Furukawa, Hakone, Shiraoi, Matsumoto

5. Please give us your comments on the transport included in your package.
The Transport included in our package was Great - very happy indeed and...everything was on time with no delays whatsoever which was remarkable.

In particular, we highly rated Hisako in Kyoto, Silvia in Tokyo and Char in Hida Furukawa

We had the Best experience ever - seamless, stress free and the reassurance of everything taken care of including flights and accommodation. Whilst we have now travelled in Japan and we may take care of some elements ourselves next time we travel such as the flights, we feel that we would probably still contact InsideJapan for the accommodation and suggestions for activities in new cities and towns as we feel this is worthwhile and of value.
