1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
The trip was amazing. I was very impressed with the planning and execution of every day activity. The guides were amazing and very knowledgeable. They were precise on time and helped us see more than what we had planned (hidden gems unexplored by tourists yet). It was like a clockwork where we didn't have to think about anything and explore everything that we had planned :) The accommodations were excellent, very central and close to all convenience stores. Totally worth the peace of mind to explore a country like Japan.

Will has been very helpful to plan and understand our needs, especially with the wheelchair need. He was always available for many questions that we had and guided us in the best possible way. Am impressed with his understanding of our needs and he planned perfectly well.

accomodation locations in all three cities we visited was best , very central, close to convenience stores, eating places.
