Seamless in organization and implementation, well-designed, intelligent.

4. How would you rate the accommodation against your expectations?
and sometimes didn't meet my expectations. For ex.: Kokusai 21, which took a round trip 20 taxi fare to get there. Huge and located in an isolated place. A stay at the Nagano train stations would have been preferred. Also, we didn't like Yatsuskan. The place is threadbare, food is mediocre.

Fantastic! The IC cards were a brilliant addition for us as we love the adventure of the subway in Tokyo.

6. Please comment on any professional guiding included in your package?
All of our guides were excellent, especially Natsuko and Mitsuko. One was unacceptable: Mariko. She asked us to pay for the driver's lunch, ordered the meal without consulting us, and was in all ways intrusive.
