The whole experience was excellent - from the pre booking contact through to the trip itself. The quality and depth of information provided was superb - far better than any other travel company we’ve experienced.

The best tour leader we’ve had the pleasure to meet. Extremely well-organised and informative - always provided exactly the right level of information at the right time. Friendly, engaging and shared lots of interesting information so that we learned a lot and got so much more from our experience of being in Japan. An outstanding tour leader!

Hyatt Regency Tokyo was superb - amazingly comfortable beds Gate Hotel Ryoguku was a bit disappointing, being right by a busy roadway

Very good - using public transport worked really well and made the tour better as we mixed with the local population instead of being isolated on private transfers
