1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
Tristan was very helpful with advice regarding the trip and also with our add on to Thailand. The pre-holiday info packs were really useful, and great to have hard copy as well as online. Our trip was seamless, and the itinerary was well planned and paced appropriately.

Yuri was accommodating with a diverse group. she was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of life in Japan and went out of her way to make sure all travellers had an enjoyable experience.

5. How would you rate the accommodation against your expectations?
The royakan's were amazing & very authentic to Japan. Our last night was in a large hotel in Tokyo - the drinks were very expensive, so most people went to bed early which was a shame - maybe something more traditional would be a better choice.

great to have a mix of mini bus, trains & a boat trip

all our meals were wonderful, from beautifully presented sushi to ramen noodles & cook your own
