1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
Marc and I both felt that the tour was very well organised. We liked travelling by public transport, the hotels were absolutely fine, the itinerary worked in terms of timing, tours and other options, and Gabrielle was excellent.

We all knew that ours was Gabrielle's first tour 'solo', and she really helped to make our trip the success it was. She was very professional, had clearly done a lot preparation, kept us fully informed throughout the trip, and was a mine of factual information. She is also a lovely person, kind, good humoured and efficient.

We particularly enjoyed the traditional guest houses they stand out as special places

Very well organised. We liked using public transport and a lot of thought was given to guiding us around stations (metro and overground). Timings were well thought-out.

7. Please tell us your thoughts on the meals included during your tour.
We had a wonderful range of food, and even one meal which no-one enjoyed all that much didn't mar the evening. Gabrielle was hugely helpful on guiding us to good and reasonable restaurants
