1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
It was nearly everything I expected, but I understand the one change from the original programme was a response to previous travellers' feedback.

Serge had to put up with people with different expectations and he handled it very well. He has a great sense of humour, was sensitive to others' needs and tried to fulfil them, while he also had to cope with my unexpected unwellness and was prepared to get me to a pharmacy/ doctor. He was always available on phone to solve my little issues, mostly due to my own incompetence.

One of the reasons I chose your company was because you use public transport. I have as very happy with it.

It depends if you are keeping the Ryokan stays, keep the Kyoto high lights like the geisha and Maiko visits, and include more of the natural high lights like the bamboo forest and less than 3 shrines/ tempels a day.
