1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
Finn was an absolute standout -- took what was already an exceptional trip to an even higher level. Knowledgeable, friendly, positive, incredibly service oriented, and oh, so organized, Finn was a dedicated ambassador for the country and for Inside Japan Tours. He went above and beyond to make sure each of us had what we needed at any given time. Amy Tadehara was an excellent coordinator from the US. She was responsive and helpful. The tour itself was great -- we saw a lot yet never felt rushed. Finn seemed to know a lot about everything, and he shared his knowledge in an approachable way. We never felt lectured to, simply informed. Nice mix of museums, temples, crafts, cultural events and food. Loved all the transportation modes, walking, subway riding, and the bullet train. Bill and I did the Add-on trip to Naoshima and that, too, was excellent. Our guide made all the difference, and the accommodations and food were memorable in the best of ways.

Can't say enough good things about Finn (see above.) In addition to everything else, he cheerfully and flexibly accommodated individual requests. He truly cared about how each of us experienced the country he loves. Finn was an essential component to our enjoyment of the trip and Inside Japan Tours overall.
