1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
After I called your company to inquire about a trip to Japan, I received a call back within 2-3 days. I found the website easy to use. The tour itinerary was very close to what was presented when purchasing tour online.

Patrick was an amazing tour leader. He always made sure everyone was enjoying the trip and took the extra time with each person and help with any special interests that had when exploring Japan.

3. Consultant name and satisfaction rating:
I had a change in travel consultant shortly prior to the start of my trip. I did not have any negative experience with my new consultant. The consultant that I had prior had a long response time in her email and did not always answer questions in a clear way.

The Gateway hotel and Hayia onsen were my favorite

6. Please give us your comments on the transport included in your package.
The bullet train was very cool and smooth, bus and taxis were comfortable. I am glad I only had to experience a crowded train once because that was not a comfortable experience.

7. Please tell us your thoughts on the meals included during your tour.
As someone that does not eat fish, I did not go hungry. Patrick always made sure there were alternatives and provided different options for me.

I would want to travel to other countries first. I would have to look at different tours and itinerary to make my decision.
