1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
Carlo was excellent and made the trip smooth and easy. Best guide we have had from any tour group. Fellow travelers blended well and we look forward to seeing them again. Overall this trip met or exceeded expectations. The details of our add on trip before and after majestic Japan were also well planned. Hotel rooms were wonderful.
