Responsive answers to questions. Always available for live conversations when planning. Super helpful, accessible and lovely recommendations while in Japan.

Savannah is very personable, helpful and has a lovely way of communicating with words or an expression. Good sense of humor and provided great recommendations (i.e. restaurants) convenient to where we stayed.

Julie was helpful in recommending what area of Osaka to stay in post tour. What is important is for you to know what you want to do which helps guide that process.

5. How would you rate the accommodation against your expectations?
Having a private onsen (in Kotohira) was the BEST surprise and having the opportunity to stay in a shukubo was priceless. Experiencing the food was amazing and the attention to special diet requirements does not go unnoticed, thank you!

6. Please give us your comments on the transport included in your package.
The charter buses were a little cramped for leg room and for any overnight bag. It would have been nice to have room to spread out a bit. The drivers were great! The trains (local and bullet) were awesome.

Food was spectacular and did not disappoint. Loved the hotel breakfasts and all the special kinds of meals in our provided package. Also see 10.
