1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
This was my first time in Japan. So choosing Inside Japan was a great way to experience the culture, sights, language, and life of the country and people. It was a great time for all in my group. There were only 6 of us, including our guide, Chuck, which made the overall experience that much more worthwhile. Chuck was full of information and insider's knowledge on everywhere and everything we were exposed to. The only drawback I would say is there was not enough time to fully appreciate and absorb everything we saw and experienced. Kind of a sensory and information overload. I think a lot of that for me anyway had to do with my body's time clock took a while (a few days) to adjust to Japan time. But it was still a memorable journey. I hope I can return soon.

Chuck Clenney was awesome (and funny). The next time I go to Japan I have to have Chuck as my guide or I'll contact him if I don't use a tour.

She was great. The only glitch was the Green Tomato shuttle. It was not around when I arrived at Narita Airport. So I kind of panicked since it was my first time in Japan and could not speak the language. After contacting several drivers inside and outside the airport, I found an Uber driver who was very helpful (and knew the Green Tomato crew---who he said were generally very prompt and reliable---he told me this through his phone's translator device). We looked around but we did not see anyone from Green Tomato.) So I used the Uber driver to get to the hotel in Tokyo, I didn't realize the airport was so far away. But I got there in decent time and I was able to join Chuck and the others in my group for dinner. I did not miss a thing. So this was the only glitch. I don't think Ms. Sior had anything to do with that mistake. She was able to provide me with reliable information when I asked.
