1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
Everything was easy from the beginning planning stages to the execution and follow up support regarding a claim for missing our first night's welcome dinner.

Michael was easy to get along with and very knowledgeable about Japan and getting around the country. He always had good alternative suggestions for on our own time and was just an overall great tour leader. He has a wonderful personality and did a good job of keeping everyone happy.

4. How would you rate your package in terms of value for money?

5. How would you rate the accommodation against your expectations?
I was taken back by how lovely the accommodations were. However, anyone traveling with a spouse, the rooms were rather small for 2 people's luggage. I did not have that concern travelling with a friend who stayed in her own room as well.

6. Please give us your comments on the transport included in your package.
I really liked the variety of transportation we experienced, many different types of trains, to include my first ride on a bullet train to the commuter trains, busses, taxis, and even bicycles!

7. Please tell us your thoughts on the meals included during your tour.
I liked having breakfast at the hotel every morning to get us ready for each day of exploring and a lot of walking. There were so many options and so many different cultures represented with the choices. The few other meals we had as a group were also very fun, but we were given plenty of opportunities to explore on our own with the guidance of Michael, our tour leader, who was always happy to help.

I had such an incredible experience and met such incredible people ( in our group and locals along the way). I didn't have stress about planning and getting around as it was done for us. This left more time for exploring and understanding the culture.
