Service was first rate throughout our entire experience with Inside Japan.

Fergal was knowledgeable, energetic, thoughtful, inclusive and organized. Managed all the logistics and group dynamics expertly. Always had good suggestions for people willing to go out on their own.

Helped steer us toward a small group tour. Responsive to our questions. Gave us good suggestions for an extra day in Kyoto.

5. How would you rate the accommodation against your expectations?
Best: Ryokans in Kotohira and Mt. Koya, hotels in Takamatsu and Hiroshima. Worst: Candeo Hotel in Tokushima. Park Royal in Kyoto is well located.

Everything worked well: buses, trains, taxis

Ryokans in Kotohira and Mt. Koya were amazing. Okonomiyaki in Hiroshima was great. Lunch at Benesse House was amazing.
