Knowledgeable and enthusiastic. Extremely conversant with travel arrangements and venues. Flexible and highly cooperative. Helpful with arrangements for our free days before and after the tour. Also very clear in her instructions for the day or whatever venue we were at. Eg When and where to meet up after being let loose etc

Very willing to assist. Contacted the Japanese group to enable me to fit in a specific event that I wished to book. Miyako Odori was a make or break for me and Sheila determined the specific show I had to book. Kinga put us in a taxi and gave us the instructions for rejoining the group.

High level of commitment, efficiency, flexibility. I may not be fit enough to travel for much longer otherwise I would say yes.
