1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
Everyone I spoke was very pleasant and efficient. A very, very minor point was that when the tour info pack was posted, the pdf was not put up and I had to ring up for it. Somehow, the times I rang up after the initial booking, James was on vacation, but his answerphone put me on to someone else. The accompanying paperwork, for the tour itself and the information packs was impressive. There was so much that is was almost, but not quite, information overload! :)

Finn is one of the best tour leaders I have encountered in my many years of group travelling. He was always ready and willing to help and felt as much a part of the group as us. His enthusiasm for Japan and the tour itself were obvious and infectious, and his calm patience with muddled group members notable.

4. How would you rate your package in terms of value for money?

5. How would you rate the accommodation against your expectations?
Rooms often seemed rather small, but then they were only for sleeping in, and I had little comparisons with general room size in Japan. Only Japanese channels on the tvs, and it was a few days before it finally dawned on me that I could watch things over the Internet on my mobile phone using the hotel's Wi-Fi. A slap head moment!

6. Please give us your comments on the transport included in your package.
I like that we often used public transport, giving an experience of the daily life, as opposed to remote viewing from the inside of a coach. The bullet train was a bucket list ticked.
