1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
Overall from the start our travel consultant was very helpful with answering questions while preparing for the trip and assisting with some issues afterwards. During the tour, we (myself and my friends in the group) had a great time. The only point where we had any difficulties was at the end of the trip due to the typhoon that struck.

2. Tour Leader name and satisfaction rating
Anthony was an excellent tour leader, he spent a lot of time trying to make sure that everyone was getting the most of the trip that he was able to. He did a great job covering the history of the various places we visited as well as trying to find things for every tour member's specific interests. There was some roughness at the end of the trip where he was obviously stretched very thin with trying to handle the typhoon and accomadations for everyone but everything worked out well in the end.

4. How would you rate your package in terms of value for money?

5. How would you rate the accommodation against your expectations?
The accomadations for the trip were great. The only problem that occurred was that some lodgings were unfortunately not able to comfortably battle the high humidity and temperatures of a Japanese summer. Everything else was great though!

6. Please give us your comments on the transport included in your package.
Transportation was fun, my friends and I greatly enjoyed the beautiful train rides, particularly through the Alps. The taxi's were a bit interesting with some of them being rather aggressive to say the least, but there was never any worries about safety or making it to places on time.

7. Please tell us your thoughts on the meals included during your tour.
The food was incredible to put it simply. Between how cheap everything was and the overall quality, every meal was truly a treat to behold. The sushi in Kanazawa, the hotpot in Kyoto, and the beef in Takayama were some of our favorites. I can't wait to try more in the future!

Maybe
I'm unsure if I'd use a tour agency in general if I were to travel Japan again simply for the freedom of setting my own schedule. If I did decide to use an agency though, I'd probably use InsideJapan.
