1. How would you describe your overall level of satisfaction with us as your tour operator?
The information pack was so thorough that we had all the answers to questions that we may have during the trip. We travel a lot and are able to acknowledge the effort and thought gone into providing such a detailed information pack. We were very happy with the tour guides as they were retired yet knowledgeable women which meant we had some great conversations. The special arrangement to meet a maiko on our own was a memorable experience. Overall very happy with everything. Thank you Simona for putting all together.
